KK Installations is a privately owned, UK based Point Of Sale (POS) installation company, serving supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, airports, diy retailers, retail outlets and convenience stores.
The Problem
The POS material for a blue chip client’s in-store promotion, required various labels in quantities from a few hundred to thousands with multiple plate changes and pantone colours.
KK Installations' existing supplier was unable to produce all the labels in-house and outsourcing led to colour variations as different suppliers used a variety of print processes and pantone colour references. Delivery schedules were difficult to control and deadlines were often missed, damaging KK Installations’ reputation with its client and jeopardising this important contract.
Our Solution
KK Installations approached Advance Labels to explore ways to improve the service they could deliver to this client.
Advance Labels was able to offer a complete solution based on our range of digital, flexographic and lithoprint presses and finishing facilities. Our detailed project management, designed to meet the tightest deadlines, and reputation for never letting a client, or their client down, convinced KK Installations to move all of its label production to Advance Labels.
Measure of Success
Because Advance Labels now ensures that label quality and project deadlines are always met, KK Installations has been able to concentrate on other aspects of the broader POS project to significantly improve client satisfaction and retain this lucrative contract.
